I feel like this story is factual and unbiased, but there clearly isn't enough information here. What are some major examples of goods traded between the two nations that will have their tariffs eliminated? Why is China's economy expanding? What I'm getting at here is that the story just doesn't provide enough information to warrant getting the full scope of the story.
