Nice overview of the Obama administration with the lens of the bad poll numbers. Provides plenty of context and related information, but some outbound links within the story to poll numbers etc would be nice.

Seems like Obama is frequently doing what he thinks is right instead of what is expedient.

Good context and overview of an important question, where the answer tends to get fobbed off on other uncontrollable factors. Outbound links would help back everything up however, especially since some of the conclusions are too quick. Does the fact that only 1 out of 3 Americans believe Obama is a Christian really come from him losing his connection to the public?

This news analysis is good journalism. The author does not gloss over the defects in the Obama Administration. However, he should have mentioned the incompetent leaders at Justice, State, Treasury, ..., which would have helped explain the public's negative views. Several comments from supporters of the President are included. Quotes from voters are however pretty much limited to one location in Indiana.
