Excellent story. This is a great example of a story that tells the reader what's going on, and what it means. There is an entertainment factor about it as well; Summers is an interesting person, so his story deserves an interesting account. Somerville conducts his story well to never lose the reader in economic jargon. Instead, the reader knows exactly what the terminology he's using means. Combine this to a moving flow to the story, and the reader gets a thoroughly enjoyable analysis of the new head of the National Economic Council.
