Outstanding report by Gareth Porter debunking US claims that Iranian weapons were a significant problem in Iraq. Porter recognizes how quick the US is to make knowingly false statements to demonize Iran.

I very much agee with Gareth Porter. In fact, Iran opposed the invasion because Iran feared vicious civil war would result. Iran wants stability in the region, and the withdrawal of all US forces from Iraq. I agree.
