Living Without a Car: My New American Responsibility
The premise that living without a car is good for the environment may be a fallicy. I was recently reading an article in one of the Toronto newspapers suggesting that CO2 emissions and energy consumption on Buses, subways and LRT trains were on average higher per person mile than for the average car and much higher than cars like the Prius.
