An interesting update from Chicago giving us an abbreviated look at the personalities and dynamics taking shape within Mr. Obama's Transition team. Strong experienced and self determined people it seems so far are the shared characteristics. A well detailed and thoughtful look in.

Barrack Obama is assembling a diverse and strongly dynamic group of personalities not use to be given direction or known to take it easily. Whether or not such a group can be guided by a fairly passive personality following a shared vision for the future once that vision is established in such turbulent times will be something to see. .
