This is a Congressional problem that the liberals (and conservatives) have failed to fix. Like the proverbial hockey stick, the past 2 years the fiscal disaster has severely angled upward. Obama doesn't have, and won't have, the power his supporters think. He has made so many conflicting promises that he will be impotent to accomplish much of his agenda - thankfully.
