This and the other article are a good snapshots, well detailed of the impact of the slipping world economy and how it effects the art and antiques market. It also names the major players in this market and clearly presents their own views, all of it cautious.

From Asian to Modern art the world fine art and antiques market is just starting to feel the slide. This coupled with decreases in major auction house profits hint strongly at what is to be in the comming month(s) -years.
