The article gives a good non-technical report on new research on climate change. The fix is deemed impossible by others.

This is more in the way of reporting than analysis but contains important information for the earth's inhabitants. The great upheaval is upon us. We need to be not only reversing our energy use paradigm, but also planning for survival in a flooded, burning, depleted world. Time to pull our heads out of the sand and face up to the mess we are in.
