The article does a pretty good job of recording the opposing positions of various environmental groups, but is a bit weak in failing to identify the reasons for opposing the poisoning of the planet with nukes.

Nukes are not low carbon when the cost to build and fuel them is included. The Nuke industry wants to privatize profits and socialize the huge risks of nuclear power. Graham is fronting for a dangerous and very expensive non-solution.
