This is important scoop for the New York Times, describing nothing less than the authorized violation of other countries' sovereignty.

It will be interesting to see what other leaks come out of the Administration in the last days of Bush's presidency.

Slight info about the inner workings of Rumsfeld's Pentagon. New and only about 4 years late. Leaves the facts, biographies and result of these action out.

Weary of the extent and quantity of Bush Era ...government crime by the United Secrets of Neo-Con America. Better late than no coverage at all....how much credit should NYT get for this policy being secret all this time.
