This story gets a high recommendation only because it's important. While the author doesn't appear to be taing sides, his only sources are a lobbyist and a lobby expert at a law firm.

There is really nothing here except speculation by the managing partner of a lobbying firm that Obama will set disclosure requirements for those lobbying the executive branch.
