Informative report from the Project for Excellence in Journalism, analyzing the U.S. news media coverage in the final week of the presidential election. The authors find that strategy-related stories topped the list, filling about one-third of the newshole -- and that the contest for key swing states was the leading narrative of the week, at 16% of the campaign newshole. Factual, fair and insightful.
