This "AlterNet" article describes how FOX has dropped out of the news business to become a blantant opposition channel. Although other countries have had opposing news media, this is a first for America. That FOX has deliberately transformed itself will alter the landscape of American corporate news media.

Now we understand the real FOX. Its' what we always suspected: the propaganda arm of the right wing.

When a news reporting organization becomes a driving force in the stories it covers, it ceases to be real news and verges on self promotion. I almost hesitated to call this story "fair" but it is the right (and the broadcast industry) that don't want the Fairness Doctrine reinstated , so in today's world this article is very fair.
