While I knew both Obama and Biden taught constitutional law, I didn't know Obama was "appointable" to the Supreme Court. Court appointments were a big issue in the 2004 campaign, but have not received much press. While this article does not go into depth on specific issues as the older linked article from The Nation does, it does provide a good overview of what the impact of either candidate could be.
