a good and fair summary of what happened in the senate finance committee as t hey passed the health reform bill out. most of the reservations mentioned were about financing and insurance, and some about the cost to consumers. i'd like to have heard from some of the less known senators. it also doesn't address the public's role and view.

I think politicians are right to insist that health insurance should be affordable to working families, so Americans will get a plan that suits them without major problems.

the onlypicec of credible reportingon this was in the CSM. Good piece about actual costs and how the CBO estimates have nothing to do actual econ costs. Most articles like thios are all slanted pro-obama. No descussion about impacts - forced purchases, pharma profits, insur company windfalls, doc subsibdizes for bad biz [ractices and highere taxes on us directly and indirectly thorough biz that mst pass on increased costs.
