This piece offers a clear, comprehensive overview of the complications the next president will face assuming the Bush administration's power. The selection of sources and quotes is well-rounded, bringing in points of view from the left, right and center, and some decidedly neutral observers. Not everything here is perspective, though. It's laced with some good factual evidence about how the candidates have prepared for the transition of power, among other issues.

Very comprehensive and well-sourced, presenting both what the Administration is doing well to ease a transition, as well as pointing out the more endemic issues of lack of transparency and politicization that will inevitably cause some friction and confusion.
