As a somewhat disjointed compendium of punditry, this column presents a wide cross-section of opinions, which makes it an interesting report. Those seeking neatly wrapped answers won't find them here.

I appreciate finding such a diverse bundle of opinions in one place. I do, however, find it somewhat unnerving to think that the views represent all of "the smartest new political analysis on the Web."
