In mildly cheeky eloquence, Baldwin gives a lively recounting of the troubles brewing within the Republican presidential campaign, and the long-term implications for the party, and for America's definition of itself.

I find it refreshing to view this mess through British eyes, and to read the international commentary that follows. It is vital to take a step back and look at ourselves through the lens of another nation. As our closest ally for the Iraq and Afghanistan military actions, Great Britain is paying quite a price for their support, and we must give their analysis substantial consideration.
