Obama's 'Redistribution' Constitution

While Calabresi quotes Obama to make his points, without context or knowing the full remarks, I have to wonder if he is misrepresented them. Obama and Biden are both law professors. Both teach constitutional law. I find it hard to believe the do not know and respect the Constitution better than this article alleges. While it is a well-researched and written piece, it still seems a partisan hit job.

If George Bush could take the oath of office with a straight face, I think just about anybody could.
