Obama's 'Redistribution' Constitution

This raises the question of whether Mr. Obama can in good faith take the presidential oath to "preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution" as he must do if he is to take office. While Calabresi quotes Obama to make his points, without context or knowing the full remarks, I have to wonder if he is misrepresented them. Obama and Biden are both law professors. Both teach constitutional law. I find it hard to believe the do not know and respect the Constitution better than this article alleges. While it is a well-researched and written piece, it still seems a partisan hit job.

If George Bush could take the oath of office with a straight face, I think just about anybody could.
