What are examples of "youner, more nimble newspaper businesses"? Why are they more "nimble"? Lower costs and overhead? Younger staff? Daily aerobics? Seriously, everybody knows that newspapers have had problems over the last 30 years, but this article doesn't take the next step and examine alternatives or examples of papers that are working.
