Every vote may not count on election day

This is yet another analysis concluding that voter disenfranchisement is an orders of magnitude bigger problem than voter fraud. Unfortunately it is light on numbers. It does give sources for most claims, but I would like to see more balance there.Overall it catalogs the related issues quite neatly, and forms a great overview.
