Interesting story about how a computer science graduate of the University of Illinois coped with financial adversity, first going to work at Taco Bell, then starting a blog about getting out of debt, which allowed him and his readers to learn a lot about dealing with credit card companies. Informative, but largely based on a singe source, with little additional research by the reporter.
