A concise, comprehensive story predicting what the author calls the "deleveraging of America." He makes the compelling case that the current financial crisis represents a significant lifestyle change for mainstream Americans. Good analysis and anecdotes. Another outside perspective or two would have added depth.

Informative but brief article about how the credit crunch is affecting retail sales, as part of what the author calls the 'deleveraging of America.' The report provides a couple sources, but could use more independent perspectives.

yes, because it brings up a point that is needed to be known. everyone is scared about the economy and this is a story will tell everyone straight up the realities of how it is, and how it will be.
