Garber seems poetically worshipful of the Palin image. While the article has some validity that clothes and haircuts are peripheral, it ignores other major points, such as that Palin is unsuitable for president because of her ignorance, lack of intellectual curiosity, inexperience, uninformed bellicosity, vendictivity, ignorance of environmental problems, and theocratic religious views. No mention is made of the financing of the clothes exploiting a loophole in laws against buying clothing for candidates.
