This report seems to suggest systematic fraud in the Department of Defense, although that is not stated openly. Cheating by the big defense contractors would be nothing new.

The bloated "defense" spending in this country reflects a form of mass insanity, but no correction is available because so many lawyers, lobbyists, retired military men and policiticians, have their snouts in the trough.
