Memo approves bypassing laws

In a newly disclosed legal memorandum, the Bush administration says it can bypass laws that forbid giving taxpayer money to religious groups that hire only staff members who share their faith.

The article informs of a quiet memo whereby bush purports the right to violate another law he does not like.

The theocracy party seem to be trying to slip in by memo a policy further breaking down the separation of chruch and state, as they slither out the door. Unfortunately it reports that both Obama and McCain wish to keep feeding the superstitionists at the public trough.
