This is just a compilation of endorsements, and does not provide much context. Many of the papers have changed ownership and are now in Democratic Party hands, so their endorsements of Obama are no surprise. The authors could have noted how some papers like the Washington Post were so embarrassed at having to endorse Obama that they hid it in their Saturday edition.
