This is clearly a partisan article that makes no pretense of balance. Nevertheless, it points to and discusses a very real and well documented problem -- that of large numbers of qualified US citizens being deprived of their right to vote. One can take issue with many unsupported assertions as to who is responsible and their motives but multiple independent studies, some referenced in the article, have concluded that acutal voter fraud is negligible while the deprivation of the right to vote is widespread. This article does well in highlighting the issue but unfortunately does it in such a way that it will be immediately dismissed by a large fraction of the electorate in a position to do something about it.
