Georgia peace talks collapse

Speaking from Brussels, where he held meetings with EU officials ahead of a summit of EU leaders, Georgia's President Mikheil Saakashvili blamed Russia for the breakdown, saying: "Russia has just walked out of the Geneva talks ... which basically means that Russia has no interest whatsoever at this stage in any diplomatic process".
