This piece consists solely or principally of legal opinions, and thus does not belong in the 'news' category. Moreover, these opinions concern federal law and, for the most part, have been quite uniformly rejected by the federal courts that have addressed them. Such stuff does not warrant the attention of NewsTrust.

It appears the guy knows what he is writing. He quotes directly from the U.S. Constitution and gives clickable links to the Constitution text that he is citing.

From reading this web site it appears that what is coming down right now is exposing the underlying fallacies and faults in the U.S. economic and governmental system. The Constitution says in three separate places cited that only "gold and silver coin" are to be used for legal tender money in the U.S., but that has been done away with for paper inflationary paper, which is always manipulated artificially.
