If anyone needs help, it's Haiti

There is something the United States can do immediately to help Haitians help themselves. It is to grant "temporary protected status" to undocumented Haitians in the United States, so they can live and work legally as their country struggles back from its latest catastrophe. Full Story »

The problems in Haiti have been mostly invisible with the news focus on an election, and an economic collapse. This opinion calls for some attention to Haiti, and definitely better social concern than Senior Colon ( a.k.a. Christopher Columbus) bestowed in the start of colonialism in the 1400's.
