Interesting, relevant interview which goes into the far-reaching implications of the "war on terror" since 9/11, especially on immigration to the U.S. Both the reporter and interview subject clearly know this topic. Insights shared here into how different parts of the U.S. government viewed the borders and any immigration-terrorism link are important to know; it confirms what many have feared: recent security measures have not been effective, and civil liberties are being violated as a side consequence.
