Georgia says Russia not respecting ceasefire agreement

Under an EU-brokered peace plan, Russian forces had until October 10 to pull back from buffer zones around Georgia's rebel regions of South Ossetia and Abkhazia to positions held before the August war.

On Wednesday, the Georgian Interior Ministry confirmed that Russian forces had already withdrawn from the buffer zones.
