The caging actions of the Montana republicans is clearly described. The article forgoes calling it caging, and does not refer to the nationwide effort of Republicans to falsely make citizens think there is a big problem, and then use last minute overkill to try to prevent young and poor voters from being able to vote, or to have to work harder to vote. The specific likely effect of this on local and national elections is not mentioned.
