Author cites sources and her own possible conflicts of interest very clearly. Her research has disclosed a really interesting and troublesome conflict in academic research which is supported by corporate donations. She has presented a very good question for thought and further analysis.

Even as a lawyer I hadn't realized that the conflicts of interest had reached this deeply into the legal academic environment. This was a real eye opener. I find it interesting that the schools are spending so much time trying to define and police "cheating" in the classroom when their professors are so clearly being influenced from outside business interests.
