This particular article doesn't seem to contain enough facts to say there is a real problem. The tax attorney insights are suggestive of a major coverup of crap shooter McCain's big stakes gambling. Other articles have made frequent mention of his past crap shooting escapades. The linked NYT story reports a 2007 foray that supports the tax fraud hypothesis, and is on NewsTrust at http://newstrust.net/stories/26714 . There is no mention of the possibility that the casinos may be augmenting his gambling wins as a way of laundering bribe money. The story provides smoke, but no smoking gun; more investigative reporting is called for.
