Beyond "harsh" (think vicious--but if you're going after pit bull-hockey moms you need to be) indictment of Palin and the people/system that would nominate and vote for her. After the recent spate of Palin attacks I have revisited this review and now call it (in Palin terms) not an attack, but "truth telling."
This opinion piece has no journalistic merit. The author is ignorant of his subject, and displays raw sexism in attacking her. I have not seen a more bigoted piece in the whole campaign and that is saying a lot! There are no facts to be seen and no comparison with the record of her opponent. If Palin were a man 3/4 of the words would not have been written by this author.
It is clear that a lot of the attacks on Gov. Palin are because she is an accomplished woman. But this piece is worse than most because the author is fixated on her sex.
