The thesis of this report from a Jewish news source is entirely believable; that economic downturn has increased anti-semitic internet postings. Development of the idea is lacking; there are no web sites or authors specified as purveyors of the blame for our money troubles, nor any examples of messages. Both are needed to grasp the scope and intensity of the attacks. I believe many immigrants and black Americans are also targets of resentments based on "Them" taking away "Our" jobs, using "Our" social services, etc.
