Show me the "newly filed ethics form." This is a damning report, if true, but due to my personal experience with the Washington Times in the past, I need them to substantiate a story like this with tangible sources before I can believe it. Evasions from officials and innuendos from Republicans do not make the case.

Almost no sourcing. Appears to contradict the original issues it brings up by the end of the article, which makes the article questionable in news value.
