Good point-by-point analysis of Bolton's ruling, but where is the Arizona legal team's argument? It's not even addressed here. The sourcing here is good, but only from one side of the argument.

A decent analysis of the Bolton ruling, though Nichols relies solely on liberal sources and doesn't engage with the conservative perspective that SB1070 did not super cede federal law.

This is an excellent example of modern yellow journalism. It is an opinion column, thus taking it out of the range of true journalism. It is one-sided, carefully crafted for high emotion content, and constructed with an alarming lack of real information. It's lack of real data negates it's ability to inform the undecided or contrary thinker. It exists solely to stoke the fires of those who already believe in this particular point of view. Mr. Hearst would be proud.
