While the premise is correct the writer does little to look at the some of the largest difference makers, like requiring all new structures to have white roofs, or the famous inflate your tires which all make a larger difference than the total provided by the drilling. The writer would have been better served and left them left open to attack had there been more debunking of the social myths associated with the fake shortaGE.
