The analogy in the title to playing craps should include a link to the New York Times article on McCains love of dicey gambling. The article fails to note that the bill was a pile of moose beans to start with and thinking people on both sides of the aisle voted against it. The triangulaters looking a corporate finance lobbyist fortunes seem to have voted for it. There is a dearth of political leadership enough to fully populate an unemployment line for politicians whom we hope will be thrown out of work. Republican McCain will do ok retired as he gets a disability pension from the military, which explains a lot.
