On September 16th, the House of Representatives narrowly passed Speaker Nancy Pelosi's comically named "Access" Bill. Too brief, not very insightful and light on evidence. The rhetorical questions are excessive. As intuitively true or false as an issue might appear, it is intellectually lazy to use this as a basis for making your case.
Stein offers some good information about the energy bill's restrictions on offshore drilling. However, the piece is very partisan, blaming movie star home owners are the prime lobbyists, which discounts the real environmental impact of off-shore drilling.
Nice summary of an unidentified bill, but this piece has more unsupported claims than facts. This overreach might have been fixed with evidence, but as it stands it just lacks credibility.
