A great primer on PDVSA, the Venezuelan national oil company. Many facts have no obvious source, but it is sprinkled with well sourced viewpoints. While it is informative, I think the big picture would be more in focus if there was more historical information to show how much the presence is growing. While the style is dry, it is fairly well organized.
