US climate debate may be sidelined

The United States and China must work to limit climate changes. Limit of climate changes in other countries will not make changes in the climate without both of these large countries. The next to last paragraph lists a bunch of challenges for the new US president in addition to this problem. Think about this paragraph and vote.
