However on close reading it offered little in regard to any underlying proof of fast breeder reactors safety, only his conversion to it. The reference to Tom Blees book, Prescription For The Planet was not synopsized or further explained.

Hmmm ... this is a first person story in the news section. The opinion rendered is supported largely by the author's reputation and light evidence. Claims are made about breeder reactors without naming any installations.

The fourth generation designs he alludes to do not seem to be the kind that are presently being advocated for being built. Short on references and links to support the story.

I only ranked this piece lower on sources because I haven't read the book that he refers to. However, everything that he has stated regarding nuclear power is 100% factual, and it's just the tip of the iceberg in the fact that nuclear energy is the world's only choice if we want to continue using power at the rates we do, and it's a surprisingly good choice when you actually dig into the facts.
