Interesting opinions, but where this has evidence it is mostly light (except in the middle where it uses quotes and links). This is one of those pieces that makes so many claims it is impossible to analyze it all. I have to knock off a point for the breathless style.

An article that should be required reading for everyone in America. Our beloved country--the shining light of democracy-- turned into a police state? Just like Russia with its Communists who we feared, or Germany with its Nazis who we hated? Ridiculous! At least that's what I used to think. Then Cheney, Bush, and Rove showed up.

It is entertaining. However I don't see any balance, objectivity, or any kind of documented sources so I have to question the veracity of this "news" piece. It seems mostly an opinion - and you know what they say about those...

There is no journalistic merit to be found in this opinion piece. It is a rant full of hatred of women of accomplishment and nonsensical charges against Karl Rove and others. Obama's people cringe whenever one of these irrational hate pieces comes out, undercutting his efforts to get across a sane message.
