Why McCain is going so negative, so often.

What does this reveal? Many people admired McCain because he was above the fray, his own man, a maverick, not just another Republican. And now, he is just the same, telling the same lies, using the same tactics, actually living out loud (as it were) the facts of his political life, which is right in accord with Rove versions of politics. Nothing new; no change here, more Bush style ... and a VP candidate that out Cheneys Cheney. It is quite amazing ... and disgusting.
