Ebert, as a movie critic, has seen bad actors before. He provides an interesting perspective about the many valid questions regarding Palin. The backstabbing narcissism of American Idol candidates with often empty-minded quests for fame is a contrast to a seriously qualified candidate searching to serve national and world interests. Paylin is not statesmanship, she is theatre.
